Often times I think folks get caught up in their cooking and forget the value of simplicity. They get carried away with all these different flavors and try to mesh them together, but something that could have been so delectable turns out muddled and nowhere near refreshing. It’s as simple as when you were in grade school art class and you mixed too many colors together. What did you get? Shit brown.
Nobody wants to eat shit. Nobody.
