anxiety high alllll day.
it’s calmed down a bit right now (as far as the racing thoughts go)
but concentration? ha.
my leg keeps shaking like crazy.
i’m biting my nails..
i usually distract myself, but I’ve been home all day, which has done nothing to help my sanity. AND i’ve pretty much depleted all of my sources of distraction.
so it’s just tortureeeeee.
help?
